Warm-ups are light exercises performed prior to high intensity exercises. Although most men skip this part, performing warm-ups are actually a vital part of any work out.
Benefits of doing warm-ups
Warm-ups serve as the transition period between resting and exercising. When gradually preparing your body for the exercise phase, your muscle becomes more elastic, use of oxygen will become more efficient, and blood will start to flow away from muscles more quickly. This way activity lessens the possibility of feeling pain during the exercise, which can halt any progress you might have.
Examples of basic warm-ups
Basic warm ups include stretching as well as walking prior to jogging or running. When using a treadmill, you may also start at a slow pace and continually increase the speed until you reach your target. You must also perform around 30 light repetitions prior to lifting high intensity weights.
Keep in mind that even the best exercise coaches require warm-ups prior to the start of any physical activity. A proven trait of males is that they usually suppress stress. They couldn't show it or display it to other people. They hide it because they don't want others to think they are weak. But, stress is a natural thing that everyone experience; men just can't deal with this fact. Male stress is oftentimes caused by their professional life. Male stress comes from the uncertainty that men always worry about uncertainties in his future, business, or career path.
On the other hand, there are ways to fight male stress. One way is to take a break from work and spend more time with your family. Your family helps you take things at a lighter pace. Since you're too pressured by work, let your family time ease your day. The best way, maybe, is to travel or take a rejuvenating European cruise for you to relax and refresh yourself.
One perfect example of male stress is the case among Japanese men. Japan has the highest record of stress-related cause of suicide. Japanese men, whose age ranges from 35-44 years old, are the common people who commit suicide because of work. Consequently, suicide has become the top 13 common cause of a man's death.  I've been amazed by people who sport an Afro look. You know, that bulky kinky hair that looks so heavy on the head. I call it the Bob Marley hair. It looks so messy sometimes, but there are people who really look gorgeous with it. It has also become the standard hair for reggae-lovers. Reggae: a bouncy and exotic tune with matching Afro, curly, kinky hairstyle. I often see these people on Ambush Makeover, but usually they disagree with the change of hairstyle. I don't know if they love Bob Marley, but I'm sure they love their look.

My friend recently asked me what turns me on the most. I said, if you're sexy then you don't have to ask questions anymore. What is sexy for you? I want messy and curly hair. The next day, that friend of mine had a new look with an untidy hair. I was curious what happened so I asked my friend. I just got a reply that said: "You said to be sexy so I'm giving my hair an Afro-look; Just wait, it takes time for all my hair to be kinky." However, the lesson here is if your face is not apt for an Afro-look, don't force it!

He was born in England on March 30th, 1945. He had a wife, but they got separated. They had two daughters, Ruth Kelly-Clapton and Julie Rose Clapton. They also had Conor, a son who died early. Eric's father, Edward Fryer, was a soldier from Canada who had an affair with Patricia Molly Clapton when he was assigned in England. After World War II, Eric's father left him and went back to his real family in Canada. Eric grew up without the presence of a father, but that didn't hinder him from achieving his dreams.

Men love to go in different nightclubs. This is a proven fact by wives and girlfriends who often catch their hubbies and boyfriends who, by the way, say that they'll be staying at work for an OVER TIME. Don't deny it bros, I'm one of you! My wife often assume that I go to nightclubs whenever I stay at work for over time. Well, sometimes she's wrong but often times she's right. Because of that, we would end up fighting. I hate her nagging, her screams, her assuming ideas, and her being right.

What can I do? I'm just a weak man who is easily persuaded by friends. Additionally, there's nothing pleasurable than relaxing in nightclubs after long hours of work. But, my wife would insist that I should stop going to nightclubs or else she would never stop nagging me. She even puts a very effective firewall in my computer to protect it from porn viruses. As a man of ego, I would never obey her. I work for my own money and I can spend it on anything I want.

How do you get wobbly muscles? If you work out, your muscles become bigger and firmer-- that is, when you are still young. When I first met my cousin, Joshua, I did not know that he is a sleep walker. If I'll have my way, I'll let you sleep with us and witness Joshua's zombie-like walk-athon from our bedroom to the kitchen (we're upstairs, and the kitchen's on the second landing of our house). At first, I thought it was okay. But seeing him do that every night really gives me the creeps.
